What experiences have you had with pair programming before?

I had one job which was a SCRUM shop and had 90%+ pair programming and feel like I got a lot from the experience. I haven't been able to do much of it since then, so am hoping this group will help.

What languages & technologies do you code with?

Right now I'm using mostly Python and JavaScript. In the past I've done a lot of C# and a bit of CoffeeScript. For frameworks, I'm using AngularJS and Django right now. ASP.NET MVC in the past. I'd love to learn more languages/technologies though. Ruby, Clojure, F#, Erlang, Scala, Obj-C, Smalltalk all seem interesting, and pairing can be a nice way to learn. Similarly I've mostly used relational DBs (PostgresSQL and SQL Server) but want to do more with doc DBs. Also starting to learn Chef at the moment.

Are you a beginner or advanced? How long have you been coding?

I've been programming for over 10 years now. Somewhat advanced but I certainly still have a lot to learn. :)

Just a developer who likes to improve himself and learn new things. Most of my experience is in various sorts of web development.
