Renegade Detroit Investors presents:
Jesse Boyd: Finding Deals in a Low Inventory Market!

Jesse Boyd is a tenacious full time real estate investor that is a familiar face at Renegade Detroit Investors (member since 2009). He was born and raised in Redford, MI, where he now has a small rental empire with his business partner Michael Dundon. Jesse and Mike own and manage a combined total of 36 single family rental houses. Apart from the rentals, Jesse has successfully flipped 20 houses since early 2012. In the last 3 years, he has raised over $2.5 million in private money and been involved in over 70 real estate transactions.

It’s not 2010 anymore! You can no longer look at five foreclosures from the MLS in an afternoon, write offers on three of them, and get one accepted. Inventory is low and the competition is fierce! Tired of wasting your time with highest and best? Stop merely looking for deals and start hunting and gathering deals! Learn how to hunt properties like a savage beast as Jesse shares 17 unique ways that he has tracked down and slayed dozens of deals.

There will be great information to share as well as plenty of question and answer time.  Don't miss this chance to get answers to your questions.
