Weekly Meditation Meeting

Join us for a 45 minute guided pranayama and meditation session. We will explore various breathing and meditation techniques.

This class will run weekly starting on 8/23 as part of Beloved Yoga's regular schedule, so there will be other meditators attending in addition to Reston Meditation Meetup group members.

Entry: Donation only (Cash or check donations accepted for charity)

BelovedYoga is located in the business condo complex on the corner of Reston Parkway and Sunrise Valley, opposite the entrance to Reston Golf Course. Plenty of parking available in the back and front of the building
