I'm looking forward to seeing everyone tonight and presenting some of the information from the book I just authored, "Rent To Own Revolution". I hope everyone finds the information educational, interesting and informative. The book itself is 280 pages and full of details, stories and how to's from my 5 years as a trusted authority in Rent To Own/Real Estate Investing and 20 years in business. Tonight I will touch on
-the Perfect Storm I see for Rent to Own
-5 Reasons someone would want to do a Rent To Own
-5 Major Steps to a successful Rent To Own

Obviously there isn't enough time to get into the level of detail that I do in the book, but I hope you will enjoy the presentation.

I have some special give aways from tonight's presentation so you definitely want to be in attendance.

    John

Has any body heard of www.rentshield.ca, is this about insurance regarding tenant issues and getting paid in case tenants don't pay etc, are there any similar programs in Canada, or this seems to be the first one.

No, however there are various first time home owner programs available that you may not be able to use. Do your research first.
