                          FRESH START for 2014

Why Edmonton and why NOW? Are we in the start of another real estate boom or just another nothing year? Are you ready to take action? Is Real Estate Investing part of your Investment Portfolio?

January is a great time to start FRESH,  Let's review the basics and discover where to go this year. In your own back yard.

Each meeting  in 2014 will have 2 sessions, Investing Strategies and Techniques, and Property Management Strategies. We will feature Successful Investors, Service Companies  and  some Great Speakers. Future guest may include RTDRS, City of Edmonton on the Cornerstone Program and Secondary Suites, and a few Successful Real Estate Investors sharing their wisdom.

In 2013, we were very fortunate to have Greg Head, and Julie Broad, both Great Speakers who are published Authors, and Real Estate Investors. They practice what they talk about, not just selling air time. Mortgage Brokers bring their insight and The Landlord Tenant Board was very informative.

Also in 2013, a few of our members gave presentations on projects close to their hearts. Storage yards by Johnson Frais and Rent to Own Revolution by John McCabe.  Bissell Center came in to discuss "housing first" program

The 2013 Discovery Tour was successful with Members going out to "Kick the Tires" on a variety of property types such as townhouses to larger multifamily properties. Watch for more in the new year.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
