Spring is in the air, and the house buyers are back in the hunt. Tuesday we will hunt for the "Cash Flowing" Townhouse, and write the offer. A few clauses you may wish to include in your next offer. A few tips on the presentation and pricing. What tools do I need as the investor/buyer and how to work with your Realtor, home inspector, mortgage broker, and lawyer.
We will answer any questions on homework from last month.
Special Real Estate Guest Presenters and some old fashioned education presentations on real estate. A few property deals and our Mortgage Representative will give us an exciting presentations on mortgages. Bring your mortgage questions to the next meeting.
