Simon welcomed everyone. He said that this organization has been meeting for many years, starting out as the Rarest group. The chairman, Les Michaelson, devotes alot of his time organizing and providing valuable information to the members of this organization. Les was introduced and a discussion followed about damage pets can do to your property. Dogs can scratch doors, trim, carpet and bite the neighbour. Next Les talked about RRSP's. Les puts his money into properties for his RRSP and allows his tenants to contribute to his RRSP.

Les intorduced the guest speaker, Kelly Warwa, of Chase Investment Properties. He raises capital for real estate properties. He states that money is plentiful. People buy on 90% emotion and 10% logic. Kelly startedd out assuming 10 properties with $10,000 down.

Find out what you are passionate about in Real Estate - renovations, property mangement, apartments. Use a private money lender for 2 months to do renovations. Have a mentaility of abundance. Believe that money comes to you. Write down ten things every evening that you are thankful for. Network like crazy. Ask two questions.

1) Has anyone ever taken the time to show you the true benefits of investing in real estate?
2) Is there anything in your investment portfoliothat you would like to change?

Sell you story - more money was attracted to me by the way I thought. Tell your personal story. People relate to you through your struggles. Vulnerability - people don't care about your successes. Don't be perfect. Vision - the more you picture it, the easier it comes. Sell the dream, ask them about their dreams. The dream gets them feeling about the person they would like to be. High emotion - people just want to follow someone. They want to follow a leader. Passion - They want to know that you are going to still be in business in 5 years. Be super passionate about your own dreams.

1) Think bigger.
2) Ask for help when needed.

Tell people about your dream. I sell real estate investments, I help people earn above average rates of return. Ask them. Do they want something better in life? Triangle of trust - listen to them. People have to know that you care. Kelly took Russ Whitney's real estate course and has a mindset coach.

Les mentioned that RBC published an article entitled "Life in the Aftermath of Global Credit Crisis". It states that the recession is dead. A v-shaped recovery is underway. Commodities are going up. Inflation is absent now. China's economy is leading the world.

Book draws completed the evening.
