An inspection educates you about an investment you are making

Thanks again Les for letting me present to the group.

I am a certified residential home inspector. When a person buys a home they are buying on emotion and, in most cases making the biggest purchase they will make in their lives.

This is true to the person buying a home for their family to live and grow in. It does not reflect the property investor as you may have several investment properties and want to add to your collection. An inspection is education and will help you sleep at night knowing the property you are investing in is in good condition.

Have a property in mind? Want a thorough inspection? Give me a call, I'd be happy to help.
