Weekly. Two to four times if I can. Even if they're short. My favorite form of exercise.
I would have to say the first time I did the Rifle Range Trail. Something just hit me about that place and I have been back almost every week. After that, a four hour treck along Muskeloge Lake this past summer. No trails and plenty of climbing.
Depends on the hike and my schedule...20 or so..
Music. Photography. Kayaking. Camping and Biking. I'm open to alot of things.
I enjoy hiking and meeting new people. Joining this group will give me more options for where and when I might hike. I also spotted alot of familiar faces :)
