Rudy does a great job of hosting the game. He leads a post-game discussion that gets people thinking about how the game applies to real-life. Very very well done

There is no better way to learn, than from other people who are more experienced than yourself.

Don't let the idea of money or this game intimidate you. Like I said above, I'm an idiot when it comes to money but I caught on to how the game is played rather quickly. Come out and play and learn something to enrich your life.

Because learning through your peers is a better way to learn than simply reading a book. This meetup group has passionate members.

It seems like our first time was a bad day to start. The usual experienced players couldn't make it, and didn't bring their games. Didn't have the projector. Rudy couldn't play. Many new players having to learn a lot about how to play, rather then financial lessons. I parked under a power line, and 100 birds pooped on my car the entire time ha ha.

This is definitely valuable time spent on playing this cash flow game. I hope that this meet up can be organized a bit more regular like twice a week or some thing.

After game review was great. Every player had a chance to introduce her/himself to other players in the room and share personal experience from our 2.5 hour game. At the end, club organizer Rudy Kusuma made quality observations about connecting the game to real life deals. I liked the idea of broker commission inclusion... :)

  •  for the beginner, the game need to have an instructor to show how it's played and the meanning behind the concept. also the game need to go in a "slower" pace (for the first timer)

    Ken on Aug 13, 2007.

  •  Not enough discussion; it was more about the actual boardgame than it was about discussing investment strategies.
