Introduction

My name is Robert and I live in Riverside.

What are your goals in joining the group? Do you have any meditation experience? If so, what kind of meditation do you do and how long have you been doing it? Thanks for answering!

I am interested in meditation primarily to relieve my mind from stress and I would prefer to meditate with a group instead of alone. I have no prior meditation experience.

What Robert R. is saying about this Meetup Group

I think most of the people attendign are attentive and nice. However, I wonder why I and only a few others seem to be the only ones who have questions for Gilbert during our meetings during his discourses. However I understand that any participation has to be limited due to time constraints.
