Fit & Easy Japanese Cooking Party

just 200m from the Hôpital Princesse Grace in Monaco.

The recipes have been put together based on advice of our special guest for this lesson, Marina Bordet, a personal trainer and massage therapist in Monaco, . During the lesson, she will talk about the nutritional values and health benefits of the selected ingredients and cooking methods!


Temaki Sushi – easy for you to prepare and fun for your guests to make their own sushi cones
Seafood Miso Soup – did you know how easy it can be to prepare a delicious miso soup?
Grilled Halibut in Miso – marinate one day ahead, just finish under the grill when you guests arrive
Blanched Broccoli and Bok-choy with Ponzu Sauce and Toasted Almonds
Sweet and Sour Seaweed Salad with Finely Cut Vegetables – packed with minerals and vitamins
Green Tea Sorbet with Fresh Raspberries
