I love cooking, especially simple dishes made from whole, natural ingredients. I also like baking cupcakes, sometimes cakes, cookies and breads. I have worked in a vegan-macrobiotic restaurant helping out the chefs in the kitchen.

Hi! I just moved to France, now living in Antibes. I am originally from Milan, Italy, and I have lived in Denmark and in the US. I love food and cooking, I have an extensive collection of cookbooks (mostly veg) that I hardly ever use ;)
