Join us for an hour of co-ed Yogalates, with a professional instructor at Anytime Fitness in Flemington, New Jersey. Tammy is a Certified Pilates, Yogalates, and Group Fitness Instructor. She specializes in CORE fitness.
Yogalates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. You will increase your core strength (great abs) and flexibility. The sessions may include props such as Pilates rings, light hand weights, or stability balls for a fun and varied class with great music. All levels are welcome to join in. All of the moves an poses can be modified to meet individual requirements, from basic to advanced. No prior knowledge of Pilates or yoga is needed. Low impact core and flexibility exercises improve balance, and decrease stress.
This is event is open to singles, as well as attached, and married couples.
Thanks to the owner of this Anytime Fitness, at the present time this class is free. No membership is or will be required. In addition to the members of Anytime Fitness, this event is limited to 30 of our nonmembers. Following the class we can go to a nearby restaurant for socializing, coffee/tea and/or a bite to eat.
