Exactly what "parsing" are you referring to?  You have combined part of my message with part of Frank's message in your response. I "parsed" nothing in the message you replied to...

I didn't know that you spoke for the group Ed...  I thought that was Matt...

Just look at the stock market - for well over a decade we've been seeing 200+million shares trading on the DOW each day and now we've been averaging about 25% of the volume and the market is stagnant. The traditional relationship between PMs and the market is absent and every respectable economist is sending out dire warnings.

You certainly have every right to bury your head in the sand, but you cannot say that you haven't been warned. The economic collapse is inevitable - the uncertainty is "when" not "if".

My point was simply that the Legislative branch supposedly is the most powerful (or better to say it was designed that way) and it has far more influence on the future than the executive - With the selection of Romney as the Republican candidate, I will be putting my energy, and my Fiat Currency into state and local races for candidates that will respect our supreme law, not wasting it on those that have demonstrated a callous disregard for our constitution.

The President, under our proper construct is possibly the least important person in the general government. He/she was to administer the laws promulgated under the 18 enumerated powers. The "Imperial Presidency" that we have allowed is the problem and the only way to effect real change is at the House and Senate level. If we don't put people there that will adhere to their oath of office - it really doesn't matter who is in the Oval Office.
Last night I tried not to laugh too hard hearing what I believed to be some pretty tall tales told by Congressman Ryan. The scary part is the mob reaction applause that makes the tales sound credible. I was sorry that I hadn't taken notes and wrote my own rebuttal to Congressman Ryan. As the Internet would have it, someone else chose to write the rebuttal for which I am grateful.

Fitting that Frank used USA Today, another left-wing Obama rag, to support his pro-Obama agenda.

Along those same lines, putting people in state and local government that will be true to the constitutions (state and general) is the real key and we haven't been doing a good job for either of these critical functions.

It's not how "presidential" they look, nor "how well they debate" - it's how they've voted that is all that counts.

Thanks Len,
Frankly this infighting against our established candidates is becoming really tiring. Where is the outrage against the real culprits. If we want to do something where is the patriotic call to build a counter to the two established parties, perhaps a unified Tea Party movement or something supported by them but after November. If we put the Obama administration back in it is immaterial this is probably the last real election in America. So we need to work together now to make sure we have another shot at a constitutional candidate the next time

Frank,
I find your use of "liberal fact checkers" philosphically inconsistent. I
guess when you are pushing a radical ideology, any rationale will do.
Let me address "your" unbiased "fact checkers.

1) Debt Commission. It is true that Representative Ryan voted against
the Debt Commission final report. However, he constructed and submitted
a Debt Commission final report of his own. Somehow, I missed the Obama's
final report or the legislative proposal derived from it.

2) Your fact checkers blamed the Congress for the impasse that caused the
credit downgrade. Are you seriously expecting us to believe this? The President
whose budgets never garnered a single vote from his own pary had nothing to
do with our credit downgrade? Please!

3) As far as Medicare is concerned the Affordable Care Act says on page 1324
that $716 billion dollrs will be taken from Medicare to fund Obamacare. These cuts
may be to hospitals and doctors, but guess what? These cuts will be recouped from seniors through other means, or the doctors and hospitals will simply refuse Medicare
patients.
My point is simple: Politifact is not a honest broker, they are a liberal mouthpiece.
Using them as a source is an insult. Why do you not just quote the New York Times?

At this point, I am really ashamed of what has happened and what is happening at the convention this week.
