2014 Red Light Camera Legislative Analysis

In the 2014 Legislative Session, there was a lot of talk about the use of the highly unpopular Red Light Cameras scheme in Florida. In the end, it was nothing more than clamor as nothing changed with the use of Red Light Cameras.

Mid-session we informed you about an amendment that would make the unelected magistrates a permanent force in our counties and municipalities and taking away your right to contest these unconstitutional citations in front of a duly elected judge.

That small battle was a victory for you, the grassroots, and the people of Florida. However, our battle is far from over and American Traffic Solutions is still donating hundreds of thousands of dollars to ensure this scheme remains.

Paul Henry has put together an in depth analysis on all of the legislation and actions made in Tallahassee on the use of Red Light Cameras this session.

Help us keep the fight against Red Light Cameras and the liberties of all Floridians. Your donation keeps your voice in Tallahassee.
