Dear Hollow Bones SF Community,
As some of you may have heard, Daju Suzanne Friedman, former leader of this group passed away peacefully in her home on March 3, 2014. Our Sangha will continue to meet and deepen together in her memory and honor.
We welcome you to join us and invite friends to join us in convening for an evening of Dharma, Qigong, Meditation and Community on the last Sunday of each month at the San Francisco Buddhist Center. The evening program will run from 7-9 pm and will involve:
1. Qigong exercise practice to relax and refresh
2. 30 minute Zen meditation sit
3. Dharma talk
4. Group check-in and schmooze
Sessions will be lead by Zen Priests Choan & Bodhi, Suzannah, Daju's wife, and other guest priests and meditation leaders.
Location is the beautiful SF Buddhist Center, 37 Barlett between 22nd St and 21st St., 2.5 blocks from the 24th St BART station. Look for the red door!
Cushions, chairs and tea are provided. Offered by donation & no one is turned away for lack of funds. Please join us!
