This is our monthly sangha gathering, where we come together to share, meditate, stretch our bones and delve into the dharma. The gathering looks like this:
1. Qigong exercise practice to relax and refresh
2. Full Zen Service from the Hollow Bones Sutra Book (provided, but also downloadable at www.mondozen.org)
3. 30 minute Zen meditation sit
4. Dharma talk
5. Group check-in and schmooze.
We are now at a beautiful Buddhist space 2.5 blocks from the 24th St BART station. Cushions and chairs are provided.
