To resolve your reset problem use a separate battery for the arduino.  
When the servo changes direction, it draws so much current that the 
voltage to the arduino drops below threshold. 

If you don't want a separate battery, you can try adding capacitors, but 
to avoid having the caps supply the motors, use diode (1N4001 type) 
between the cap and the battery with the cap on the arduino side.  That 
way the cap will supply only the arduino for the period of servo caused 
voltage dropout.
