I could teach you everything I know if you want, but you'll never get those 2 minutes back :)
I spent the last 15 years eating a lot of hispanic foods (rice and beans, etc) and surprisingly I still like it. But I like all foods.
My Mom was well known for burning most everything she cooked, especially meatloaf. Now she says she did that on purpose so that we would appreciate it more when someone would cook something with flavor for us.
I think I would like to learn to cook something other than mac-n-cheese.
