I've been cooking for about 30 years, give or take. I learned from my mom who is an excellent cook.
I've recently discovered that I have a wheat intolerance, which is VERY sad since I love bread. I am averse to mayonnaise and peas, but little else.
I'm a huge fan of Sushi and Indian, but to narrow it down to just one food, ingredient, or dish is impossible.
