Are you kidding?! Herpetology and the science of Reptiles is one of the most least understood areas in ecology -- it is because of this reason that Ladies need to come on this trip! I've never had a thing for snakes in the past (still kind of don't!) but when I hear of small baby snakes/mother snakes/snakes of all types and sizes being killed because ppl are scared of them -- I feel really disgusted at the fact that we have the power to take a life "just because we felt like it". The amount of mass murder of snakes in Bangalore is horrific -- and we can't forget that it is because of snakes, lizards, reptiles that we are not infested with cockroaches, parasites, and other disease causing pests -- since they take them away! perhaps, now you will change your mind about reptiles? :)
