Gokarna - Gokarna, meaning cow's ear in Sanskrit as the ear shape. One of the Hindu epics states that "aatmalimga" of the God Shiva is in the shape of a cow's ear in the Mahabaleshwar temple & the town gains its name as Gokarna.
Karwar - Karwar is a seaside town situated on the banks of the Kali river which is on the west coast of the Indian peninsula. The town lies about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) south of the Karnataka–Goa border and 519 kilometres (322 mi) north-west of Bangalore,

Arrive at Gokarna; After refresh at our home stay; day visit to "Gokarna Beach; Kudlee beach; Om beach; Paradise beach; Half moon beach". Evening stroll at Gokarna temples..o/night dinner.

Checkout after b/fast; travel to Karwar for Water sports and beach, after lunch, drive back to Bangalore via Shimoga.. o/night journey.
1st December 2013.
Early morning arrive at Bangalore.
