The Fall 2010 Reel Rock Film Tour is coming to Baltimore in a few weeks, and I thought it would be fun and inspiring to go check it out! Check out the trailer at http://reelrocktour.com/
As described on the website: "This year, REEL ROCK turns five, and co-founders Sender Films and Big UP Productions are celebrating by taking you on a global ride like never before. From death-defying speed link-ups of the wildest faces in The Alps, to Olympian displays of strength and tenacity on the hardest boulders ever climbed, REEL ROCK 2010 features a breathtaking journey through the vertical realm."
Tickets are $15 ($12 with valid student ID) when purchased in advance at REI, EarthTreks, or The Trail House or $17 ($14 with student ID) if purchased at the door. See http://reelrocktour.com/calendar/event/34/
for details.IMPORTANT NOTE:
Everyone is responsible for purchasing/securing their own ticket. RSVPing to this event does NOT guarantee you a ticket. I don't know if this event sells out, or how big the venue is, but I'm going to buy my ticket in advance to be on the safe side (plus, they're cheaper that way).
Baltimore's about an hour north from northern VA/DC area, so it makes good sense for us to carpool. In your RSVP please indicate if you want to drive and how many seats you have available, or whether you need a space in a car.
