Hi Dave,

Thanks for the info. I'd like to come down and participate in Edgeworks special yoga session. I've never been to Edgeworks, but have been wanting to for awhile. I'm hoping you meant May 4th instead of April 4th. Let me know for sure the date and time. I might be able to persuade some other climbers to come down with me. It would be fun!!!

Hi Dana---

I haven't actually done anything with the Seattle Rock Climbing Group (even though I'm a member), but I'm trying to get more people organized to climb together down here in Tacoma (I run the South Sound Meetup Group) at Edgeworks and then to get ready for getting outside this Spring.

On your e-mail I saw where you talk about yoga.? I've been starting to do yoga at the rock gym here recently and it definitely helps stretch me out and strengthen secondary muscles!? I wanted to let you know that on April 4th Edgeworks is having a special yoga session that is focused on climbers specifically.? Just thought I'd pass the info along to you.

On of these days I hope to climb with you!

Dave

Hello Fellow Climbers!

I'm stoked that so many of you are coming to Redmond to climb at VW on the 8th! It's going to be a good time! I'm jazzed about climbing trips outside this spring too! So bring your trip suggestions and let's make some plans!

On another note, I'm interested in getting input from you about yoga for climbers. I'm just beginning my journey into the field of yoga instruction and am curious to know if any of you would be interested in getting something going in the way of a regular practice. As climbers, we continually have issues with our bodies, especially shoulders. They could be minimized as a result of the healing aspects of yoga. I would be grateful to hear from any of you.

Thanks! See you at the gym!

Dana
