Indie Night

Let's play something ELSE...

I'm down for:
Dungeon World
Dungeon Crawl Classics
Hackmaster Basic
Fiasco
Sorceror
???

... just not DnD, WoD, CoC, etc, etc. There's a lot of innovative systems out there. Let's try some.

I think a weeknight would be a good idea.

Dragon's Lair is as far north as I'm willing to go, esp. on a weeknight.

Any interest?

I'm throwin' a date and time up there. We can be sure that at least one person will show. :')

I'll bring a couple of things to run. The concept is to let fly with some one-shots, and see if any sustainable campaigns develop out of that.

Bring figs, mats, dice, paper & pen(cil), or just yourself. If you have something to run, bring it. We're reasonable people and we'll negotiate and decide :'D

For the record, I'd play just about every single thing mentioned here.

So I am going to try to do a DCC game at WTII on Wednesday 4 December. I kicked off a meetup on their site, but I'll also start a new post in RPG meetup, if anyone is interested.

Talzhemir and I would love to introduce folks to our games, especially our new paleolitihic RPG, Cavemaster. We'll be running sessions and demos this weekend at MillenniumCon up in Round Rock.

I see there's also been a request for my Villains & Vigilantes superhero RPG. I could run that, too.

I have DCC core book and a bunch of adventures...been dying to run or play it. Just discovered Pendragon as well if anybody is into that.

I would love to do something like this.
Dragon's Lair is the best location for me, and I could also do Whose Turn is it Games on weeknights.
Playing late on weeknights are difficult for me, but I could attend periodically (not regularly).

Yes to Dungeon World, Torchbearer, FATE, Apocalypse World, and I'd like to try out Numenera.

When and where will this be?

I'd love to try Torchbearer or Dungeon World and I'm fond of various FATE iterations, but really, anything is good. Also Dragon's Lair is a pretty nice location.

I don't know if I could commit to a regular game any time within the next few months, but I'm generally happy to run/facilitate one-shots or mini-series of Primetime Adventures, Apocalypse/Dungeon/whatever World, Fiasco, or any of my games (Fate Core/Accelerated, Spirit of the Century, The Dresden Files RPG).

I like the sound of this! I'm currently interested in playing Torchbearer, Legend, Eclipse Phase, Burning Wheel, or whatever else. If it's too far south, I could not participate...

I am very interested in playing or even running a game of DCC if there is enough interest - it is the system I am most enamored with at present. As far as venues, what about down south? Whose Turn is it Games has a good open space.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
