Actually that is the best part.  I set aide my social security instrument back in 08 and am not a person liable are you?  This bill places our state squarely between us and the feds regarding this issue.  The more we decentralize the better we will be.  I know we have a LONG way to go and I support the Guardians of the Republic and the reinstituting the De Jur Grand Juries, but every effort we can make to go on the offense is a good thing to me.

By the way thanks for the awesome post!

About this HB.  I don't know why anyone would support it.  As it states, Any person liable.  Can you prove the liability of these taxes?  You think you are safe because Missouri will be collecting these and then sending them to the IRS?

Missouri is involved in this Fraud agains the People just as much as the Federal government is.  Where is the jurisdiction and the delegated authority for the Federal government to tax the People directly?  Where is the jurisdiction and the delegated authority for Missouri to do it?

If you can't answer these questions then why are you sending an email around  to support this Bill?

Per HB 2716

[excerpt]

4. Any person liable for any federal excise, income, or consumer tax shall remit the tax when due along with the federal taxpayer number to the director for deposit into the federal tax fund. All moneys collected under this subsection shall be transmitted to the director who, as a fiduciary agent, shall credit the funds to the federal tax fund on behalf of the person who remitted the tax. The director shall submit to the Internal Revenue Service the names and tax identification numbers of, and the date on which and amounts deposited by, persons liable for any federal excise, income, or consumer tax so that the Internal Revenue Service can credit the state's taxpayers for federal tax obligations. Any person liable for any federal excise, income, or consumer tax who fails to forward federal tax moneys to the director shall be subject to penalties assessed under applicable federal or state statutes.

[ end excerpt]

Where is the liability on the income statute?  I dare you to find it.

You think Missouri is going to protect you?  Think again, they already sold you out.  They are stealing your money and you think they are going to stop it?

Have you read 3402(n) in the IRC?

From my article:

[excerpt]

"Let me help you out with the search for income tax liability because you may not know where to look.

Title 26 is the IRC, Internal Revenue Code, and income taxes is Subtitle A. I have linked to both below so that you can show me where the liability is.  Income tax liability is in Subchapter A and that is link #3 below.

By the way, for a statute to make someone liable, it must have liable or liability in the statute.  It would say something to the effect of: ?any person who earns income is liable for income taxes?."

Title 26 Statutes

http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/26/usc_sup_01_26_10_A_20_1.html

(Let me give you a hint as you are searching for the liability statute, it is missing and they have been estopped from adding it.)

See here:

http://www.supremelaw.org/letters/irs.estopped.htm

Estopped means: To impede or prohibit by estoppel. Meaning, they cannot lawfully or legally add a liability statute.  So you will never have any known liability.

[end excerpt]

[excerpt]

Let?s take a look at the IRC 3402(n) which is linked below, just make sure to go down to (n)

http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/26/3402.html

3402(n)

[excerpt]

(n)  Employees incurring no income tax liability

Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, an employer shall not be required to deduct and withhold any tax under this chapter upon a payment of wages to an employee if there is in effect with respect to such payment a withholding exemption certificate (in such form and containing such other information as the Secretary may prescribe) furnished to the employer by the employee certifying that the employee?

(1) incurred no liability for income tax imposed under subtitle A for his preceding taxable year, and
(2)
anticipates that he will incur no liability for income tax imposed under subtitle A for his current taxable year.

[excerpt]

This is just another bogus bill to continue the fraud.  They forward your money that is stolen from you with your information to the IRS, so all they are doing is putting their hands in the middle of it.

Missouri HB 2176 has been assigned to the Ways
and Means committee. This is a bold move and it needs your help.
Please contact the members of the Missouri House Ways and Means
Committee to support a floor vote for this bill. This bill will
ultimately enable the state to interpose itself between the IRS and
Missouri Citizens. Please remember time is of the
essence we need to get these emails out TODAY and tell the members of
the committee you want that bill sent to the floor for a vote before the
end of April.
