Regional and State Agencies are subverting the authority of your local Mayor and City Council by developing a 25 year plan that would severely restrict where you live and how you travel while significantly increasing your cost of living in the Bay Area. They use words like Sustainable Development and Smart Growth to mask the true effect of their policies

These governmental agencies, in conjunction with non-profits and stakeholders, have declared a WAR ON SUBURBIA . Mark Levin characterized it as an all out assault on wealth and the middle class on his radio show on April 9. As he stated "We are not running out of land, we are running out of LIBERTY". The policies that are being developed and implemented without voter approval have a significant impact on property rights. To add insult to injury, they are using your tax dollars and the power of government to undermine the wealth in your home and property.

It's time to take a stand. If you are concerned about the preservation of property rights, you have come to the right place! bayarealiberty.org We have property rights teams throughout the Bay Area and a "Property Rights Watch Dog" program that allows citizens to alert us when they hear about meetings and/or policies that will impact property rights.
