Our efforts since February to push forward legislation to audit the Federal Reserve depends on this very moment: Calling members of the House Financial Services Committee right now!
In Greater NYC, we have six Representatives who serve on the Committee and not one attended today's hearing on the Federal Reserve Transparency Act. Please call and 1) ask if they attended the meeting, 2) that we want a standalone vote (without attaching this to another bill) 3) we don't want modifications of the bill, as it is the surest way to protect average Americans from future financial calamities.
