Announcing a new Meetup for Greater NYC Campaign for Liberty!

What: Phone Bank for Debra Medina Texas Governors Race VIP

When: Sunday, February 28,[masked]:00 PM

Bapple Inc (Nick's Place)
157 Prince St
New York, NY 10012

The Texas Gubernatorial Primaries are this Tuesday, March 2nd.
We will be phone banking voters in Texas in support of Tea Party and State's Rights activist Debra Medina.

Debra Medina is running against incumbent Governor Rick Perry and U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison. She is gaining in the polls while the career politicians Perry and Hutchison are losing faith with voters. Medina's campaign gives us opportunity to promote principles of liberty, limited government and a decentralized economy, all the things the CFL stands for.

Debra Medina is a strong supporters of:

* 10th amendment/state's rights and nullification. Medina could influence other state's to follow her leadership on issues like nullification of nationalized health care and EPA policies.

* Eliminating property taxes as a principle of individual liberty. (Medina would eliminate the property tax, which could serve as a model for other states or encourage strong reductions.)

* Medina is a strong advocate of 2nd amendment rights and could influence a national debate on the topic.

* Medina is not a career politician and so her victory would scare career politicians into acting on conservative principles and personal liberty instead of delivering empty rhetoric.
