Be one of the first to experience Machiya Ramen Noodle Bar (Yes, we've managed to plan an event there before their official grand opening) -- and join us for happy hour on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012 from 6-8 pm.
Machiya, named after the traditional townhouses fitted with shops in Kyoto, proudly brings the joy of Japanese comfort food to Midtown Miami. Machiya offers a menu of cold and hot ramen noodles with the finest artisanal cocktails in a casual, yet hip upscale dining environment. The menu is inspired by traditional Japanese Izakaya, small dishes of food paired with alcoholic drinks, a culinary style popular in major cities around the world -- and is a popular destination for the after-work crowd. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in warm, earthy colors creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for diners to exchange ideas over food and drinks.
Cost for this event is $10 in advance or $15 at the door. This includes 1 drink (either a Midtown Manhattan or a glass of house red or white wine) and a selection of complimentary hors d'oeuvres.
In order to take advantage of the early bird pricing, you must purchase your tickets through Savor Tonight. An RSVP on meetup is not sufficient. If you need assistance, please contact me directly.
Menu of Hors d'Oeuvres:
Lamb & Pork Meatballs (CharShu/Mint/Karamiso Aioli/Crispy)
Sake Shrimp & Pork Shui Mai (Spicy House Mayo)
Spicy Tuna Maki (Chopped Tuna/Scallion/Avocado/Chili Aioli)
