Train Travel Meetup Group Christmas Party

The Train Travel Meetup Group Christmas Party will be held at 5pm on Monday, December 22, 2008. This is our usual time on the 4th Monday of the month, but it will be held at the Cask'n Cleaver Steakhouse at the Orange Metrolink Depot, 186 N. Atchinson St., Orange, CA 92866, ([masked].

You will have your choice of one of the four entree selections: (1) Teriyaki Chicken - 10 oz. Double Breast of Chicken served with Teriyaki sauce, (2) Prime Rib - 10 oz. cut of slow roasted prime rib, (3) Fresh Salmon - charbroiled and topped with tomato-basil vinaigrette, or (4) Steak & Charbroiled Shrimp. Each entree is served with Caesar Salad, Fresh Vegetables, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Beverage. The following appetizers will also be served prior to dinner (and whatever is left will continue to be available during dinner): Charbroiled Teriyaki Steak Bits, Crisp Fried Calamari, Mushrooms Parmesan, Fresh Vegetable Dip Platter, Cheese and Cracker Platter, Chips and Salsa.

The cost to attend is $25 per person which includes your choice of one of the above entrees, beverage, and all of the above listed appetizers. This fee just about covers the restaurant charge for each entree. TrainWeb will cover the cost of the appetizers and any shortage on the bill. You DO NOT need to select which entree you'd like until you arrive at the party.

We hope that everyone that is a member of the Train Travel Meetup Group will try to attend as this would be a wonderful chance to meet everyone, including some of the members that come to few of the regularly scheduled meetups. The banquet room holds a maximum of 50 people so we will have to stop accepting RSVPs when we hit 50. So please RSVP soon to guarantee your space!
