Short & Medium Albany Run + Coffee & Crepes

A fun group meets Sundays at 8 AM in Albany, at the Suzette Crepe Cafe, 1226 Solano (above Talbot). They split into a 6-7 mile run for experienced runners, and a 3 mile run/walk for beginners, all followed by coffee and crepes. Today (Jan 27) I had the excellent Marseilles crepe - brie, pesto sauce, tomatoes and basil - and the cafe gave us all free coffee! :) They're a nice bunch and they run at an easy pace - let's join them!

the 3 milers are at a 12 mpm, and the 7 miles guys are faster. Since I just go with the 3 milers, I am not sure how fast the 7 milers go. It appears they run about 9.5 mpm pace. So 3 miles takes us about 45 minutes (we walk a little too). The 7 mile guys are usually done in about an hour, hour and 5 min.

The route is neighborhood sidewalks in Albany/Berkeley. If the group grows/evolves, we might add trails in the future. But for now, just neighborhoods.
