Tuesday Evening Tilden Park Trail Run

Hi everyone,

Come out and enjoy a mid-week evening trail run in Tilden Park.  Expect anywhere from 5-10 miles with plenty of hills.  Anyone and everyone is welcome!

Depending on who shows up, we may split up the group to accommodate different paces and distances.  The trails at Tilden are well marked, and there are plenty of options for extending or shortening runs.

It will be assumed that everyone is self-sufficient and prepared to get back to the parking lot alone. (This is a "run your own pace run".  If you're fast, don't feel like you need to wait.  If you're a bit slower, don't worry about it, but make sure you know how to get back!)

We meet at the trail head right across the creek from the parking lot.  Please post if you need a ride and/or want to carpool.

****EARLY SPRING NOTICE **** Good riddance to night running! Depending on how far you run, a light still might be useful towards the end of a longer run.

See you on the trail!

For those who need a bit of warmup, show up 15 minutes early for a (very) slow, flat jog around the visitor center.

not necessarily. But remember, your slow is my fast, so it really depends on perspective.

I think you mistook me for Christian. But ok, I'll assume business more or less as usual.

I'm surprised by the level of growth I've seen since becoming an organizer, it's given me more confidence in my abilities.
