Run lululemon Chicago Long Run

Join us Saturdays for a weekly long run to prepare you for distances from the half-marathon to the marathon. The long runs will be time based leading up to the start of Chicago Marathon to help build base. Once Chicago Marathon training starts, training runs will be distance based.     I came up lame a few weeks ago and am working my way back up slowly. Will try to rejoin in a couple of weeks. Is there a schedule for how long the long runs are out there somewhere?
