Run lululemon Chicago Long Run

Join us Saturdays for a weekly long run to prepare you for distances from the half-marathon to the marathon. The long runs will be time based leading up to the start of Chicago Marathon to help build base. Once Chicago Marathon training starts, training runs will be distance based.     Sorry to have to miss this week. Since I'm running the Rock-N-Roll on 7/21 can someone please recommend how many miles I should run today instead? I can't run with the group because I'll be out of town in FL but I will still get my long run in.
