Run lululemon Chicago Long Run

Join us Saturdays for a weekly long run to prepare you for distances from the half-marathon to the marathon. The long runs will be time based leading up to the start of Chicago Marathon to help build base. Once Chicago Marathon training starts, training runs will be distance based.       The pace varies, but we are training for the Chicago Marathon. This weekend is 20 miles with paces from 11:00/mile down to 8:00/mile
