Runners, this will be the last long run before the Chicago Marathon. The purpose of this run is to help you visualize the last (and sometimes the hardest) miles of the course so when the big day comes, you will be ready for it!
There will be no bag check during this run so carry light and bring everything you need with you. We will have various paces from 11min miles down to 8min miles. After the run, we will have a short 20-30 minute post-run yoga near the finish.
We will be meeting near mile 18 of the Chicago Marathon course at Bishop and Taylor street. There is a small park next to a Starbucks where we will meet before the run. Please come early because we will make announcements at 7:25AM and leave promptly at 7:30AM.
