southloop to northside (lakefront)
3-4miles...just starting again for this 2013 season
to actually run consistently each week (looking to do more sub-10minute/mi. runs)
I used to run often during prior to 2009 before my ankle injury. My running days have been dormant for quite sometime due to other sports but I'm ready to get back into gear again.
I'm excited to be running again...looking forward to doing more endurance training and actually running injury free this season.
Awesome! I'm looking forward to running with this group every tuesday evenings throughout this spring/summer season.
