Lakefront path, starting near Irving Park Rd and go either north or south (depending on how far I want to run).
Run anywhere between 6-10 miles
I really enjoy running and run for the fun of it (not training for a long distance run).
I've been running about 5 years.
I love running on the lakefront path as a way to de-stress and get some fresh air!
