5+ miles. Really depends on whether I'm training for anything, among other things.
Right now just staying in shape. Perhaps doing a few Ragnar relays in late summer and fall.
Early 30s attorney. I have completed 11 marathons, but mostly just like to run recreationally to get the endorphins up. I've been stuck in a "running on a treadmill" rut thanks to the work and trying to break it.
