My favorite parts of the city for running are from Ohio Street Beach to the North Avenue bridge or beyond. Another favorite is of course the Lincoln Park trail along the lagoon.
I run twice during the week about 3-4 miles, and once on the weekend for 6 miles.
I'm training for my first half-marathon this year which is the Chicago Half on Sept. 9th.
I've been running all of my life; however, longer distances for the past 2 years.
Hi, I'm Angelo or just "Ang", and I'm looking forward to running with this group because I've always enjoyed running in races and feeling that good energy with other runners. This year I'm training for my first half-marathon in September.
