My runs for training vary from 3miles to 12 miles. Most are usually 4-7 miles. I am looking to increase my miles/run for my upcoming races....
Make running part of my lifestyle now... Definitely do more half marathons, and learn more as I enjoy all the running... Hopeful that next year, or the year after I can complete my first complete marathon.
