I normally run on the west side of Chicago at LaFollete park.
2 miles to start off the day.
I'm looking for longevity during a 2-5 mile run. I usually alternate walks and runs in between laps or blocks.
All my life lol, but I've only been training for a couple weeks off and on. I need a system that works.
