I only do running on treadmills but i cycle all over the city.
I normally run around 3 - 5 miles.
Goal i have for myself is to run the distance of a 5K in under 30 minutes, 25 to be exact.
started yesterday :/
Avid cyclist looking to stay in tip-top shape for the spring/summer riding season. No real running experience so take it easy on me.
