A 12-13minute mile is still better than a 2min.(couch to fridge) run:)

Hi Lindy,

Well, that's fine.  It does take time to build up to it.  Silly question, but where is Chessman at?  I've only lived in Thornton this past year and don't know of a good place to go jogging for us all at.  I know there's some in Arvada/Westminster

Talk to you soon

Subject: [running-138] any slow runners????

I have really been wanting to join this group, but I am not running 8 or 10 minute miles.  I hate to admit it, but mine is more like a 12 - 13 minute mile.  Anyone out there with this pace???

I have currently been running the loop at Cheesman but I'm open to other things too.
