I live in the Gold Coast and mostly run along the lake, sometimes on the trail in Lincoln Park
Depends on training goals--anywhere from 3-12 miles
To stay in shape, meet other runners, to get faster and improve my times in races (favorite distance is half marathon)
On and off for 15 years. Consistently again for 3 years.
I'm in my early 30s, love to run and do outdoors-y things, and work in healthcare
