We will be doing track work combined with calisthenics between laps. Focus will be on strengh-training and flexibility - crucial for runners of all levels. The workout consists of a warm-up, exercise circuit, and cool down. The exercise circuit is different every week and includes a select combination of strength exercises (i.e. butterfly sit-ups, push-ups, burpees, squat thrusts, mountain climbers, etc..). Walkers and Runners welcomed no matter your level or pace.
It is recommended to bring a yoga mat or towel.
