We will doing speed work at the Brennan HS track. Distances and reps range from 200s to 1 Mile repeats and depend on your current level. Each week you will progress in either reps or distance.
Focus will be on increasing speed based on your personal goals and in preparation of fall marathon season.
(If you're unsure what pace or distance to start, we can provide you a recommedation based on a pacing calculator.)
