Because of an ankle injury, I'm definately back at beginner!
My utlimate goal is to lose weight. Running helped me lose 50 lbs a few years ago and some of that weight has crepted back on. I want to be strong again. I want to be a RUNNER again.
I have been thinking of ways to re-motivate myself to run again. Ironically I met a nurse at North Central Baptist who told me about this site. This could not have come at a better time! Thank you - wish I could remember your name!!!
